You may return any item within 30 days of delivery — assembled or not. We only ask that returned items include all original panels, hardware bags and packaging where possible.
Email support@sulamay.shop or call +1 5056443652 with your order number. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (US orders) and simple instructions. Ship the item back in its original packaging when possible.
Once your return arrives, inspection takes 1–2 business days and your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping is free, so the refund equals the full purchase price.
Want a different size or material? Start a return and place a new order — this is faster than a manual exchange and locks in current stock.
If a panel or part arrives damaged, email photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours and we will send replacement parts immediately or issue a full refund — your choice. Individual panel and hardware replacements are always free during the warranty window.
Custom and made-to-order buildings are final sale. Items returned beyond 30 days, or with damage beyond assembly and testing, may be refused.
