Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum order value, no exclusions. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.
Sheds and large storage buildings ship flat-packed on a single pallet via freight carrier, with a 2–7 business day delivery window depending on destination. Compact items (tool lockers, firewood racks, compost bins) ship via USPS or UPS in 2–6 business days. All orders include tracking and full insurance at no extra cost.
Freight delivery is curb-side: the pallet is dropped at the end of your driveway. Plan a wheelbarrow or a friend for the last fifty feet — panel bundles for larger models weigh up to 200 lb. Inspect the pallet before signing: damage reported within 48 hours with photos is replaced free of charge.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@sulamay.shop with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will replace or refund the order. Claims for lost packages are filed after 10 business days past the expected delivery date.
