All prices are in USD and exclude tax (we do not collect US sales tax). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders resulting from such errors, with a full refund. Order acceptance occurs when your order ships, not when it is placed.
We describe every building's materials precisely — cedar, treated pine, aluminum, galvanized steel, vinyl-coated steel or double-walled resin, as labeled on each product page. Photographs are representative; natural wood grain and finish vary slightly, which is a feature of genuine materials, not a defect.
All sheds carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, covering panel failure, hardware defects and missing components. Wood models carry the stain and treatment schedule described in our care guide as a maintenance requirement. The warranty excludes damage from improper foundation, unanchored installation, and normal weathering beyond the treatment schedule.

Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via support@sulamay.shop before pursuing formal action; any formal action is brought in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your order governs that purchase.
